How new are your leads?
New premium high quality leads are being generated every 24 hours and are available to our lead partners on a first come first served basis. At the moment, we have more leads that our current corporate partners can handle. With that being said, we have lower priced leads available that can be purchased that are outside of 24 hours, but no longer than two weeks old that are available for purchase as well.
How many other firms have called or pursued your leads?
We do not cross sell the same exact leads to multiple companies in the same vertical. This is not allowed. If a lead we created is looking to purchase a new home, they will never be called by two separate RE Agencies from our wheel house of lead partners. In this case, the second RE Agency will receive a new set of leads 24 hours later that are fresh for them to call. In that same example, that exact lead looking to purchase a new home can and will receive a call from a complimentary partners in that same vertical. Example; one of our credit repair, mortgage company partners or new home inspectors may call them as well.
What has been your closing ratio on your leads?
This depends on the closing ability of the sales teams at our lead partners companies. We have no control over if their sales teams can 'close' on our leads or not. For example, the average closing ratio we see is 25%. Our best premium lead partners are closing at 35% ratios. Depending on the type of lead you purchase will determine your closing ratio potential. Keep in mind, we take our leads very seriously. If we discover that you are mishandling our leads or your team does not have the ability to close on our leads properly, your company will be put on a temporary 'Time out' and will be restricted from purchasing our leads until further notice.

You must qualify for exclusive business leads through 5OA and have a monthly expenditure of 3.5k (usd) - on top of cost per lead - per month to join. We reject eight out of ten businesses for our exclusivity leads list so to be apart of this list is something truly special.
